Scott Bergeron started his selling career on the sales floor of a top 100 dealership in 1989. "I was extremely lucky that the dealer group I worked for had an intense focus on training, mentoring, and adherence to strict sales processes. In many stores, however, managers and owners are stretched so thin that salespeople aren't as lucky as I was. The reality is, the 'lean and mean management style' with no checks and balances on their salespeople is costing dealers a fortune in lost sales and low salesperson retention."

The fact that we don't require clients to commit to any long term contracts or even a signature means our stuff better work, or we won't keep our clients. With our ordering process, as an example, clients call us, or fill out the order form and tell us what they need. Then we build and ship their planners on a standing order month to month. That way, they can adjust at any time, and we can still custom logo their covers and not have to worry about trying to reach people at the end of each month. We always ship between the 18th and the 20th of each month, so we can guarantee deliveries.
