By accessing and/or using the web sites owned, operated
and/or maintained by Daily Gameplan, Inc., you are
expressly agreeing to comply with and be bound by
the following Terms of Use and Daily Gameplan’s
Privacy Statement, as well as all applicable laws

to protect you and to ensure that Daily Gameplan

registration and shopping resource. In addition,
Daily Gameplan, Inc. hereby authorizes you to view,
copy, download, and print for personal use only
any Daily Gameplan, Inc. owned content on the Daily

the following conditions: (i) content may be used
only for non-commercial, informational purposes
and may not be posted or distributed, (ii) the content

Your privacy and security are important to us. Because
we gather certain types of information about Daily
Gameplan’s sites, we feel you should fully
understand the terms and conditions surrounding

NOTE: Daily Gameplan, Inc. cannot accept information

whom do we share your information?
We do not disclose any of your Personal Identification

share Aggregated Information about our site with
our advertising partners. We do this to help our
advertising partners target their advertisements
at the right audiences. We do not give your Personal
Identification Information to any of our advertising
partners.
We
do not share Subscription Information with any third
parties. All subscription information Daily Gameplan
collects is gathered via a double-opt-in procedure,
which means that potential members will receive
a confirmation email upon registration including
an activation link. This activation link must be
clicked in order for a member to be added to our
database. Unverified email address or memberships
that have not been activated, will not be added
to our databases. The double-opt-in registration
procedure is an effective method against email abuse
and Spam. Any emails you may receive from Daily
Gameplan will include a link to cancel your membership
and to stop Daily Gameplan newsletter deliveries.
Registration
and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login ID and password (your "registration").
You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration,
whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately
notify Daily Gameplan, Inc. of any unauthorized
use of your registration.
Cookies
" Cookies" are small pieces of information

hard drive. Generally, cookies work by assigning
